Did that just happen?  Yes, yes it did.  Why am I so calm right now?  Did I do everything I could do?  Were my compressions deep enough to be effective? Processing trauma can be challenging so I just wanted to share my experience this week as a part of the journey...

Now, we're face to face and I have to push down that fear that's trying to get to my psyche... the time is now to get outside my comfort zone and act! What do we do to get uncomfortable and a cushy life might just beg the question "Have we really lived?"

Trudging through the cold waters of the Red River is a small price to pay to adventure with your friends in the Red River Gorge... it was a team effort getting to the top of the Jewel Pinnacle and a great reminder that we are not alone out there...
